Position Expectations

• The purpose of the Retail Manager position is to oversee employees, the shop and sales while creating a fun and positive environment.
• The primary function is to ensure day to day operations are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Must be a good leader, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage time well.

Position Information

• The position is based out of our Polaris Mall location. Will also be responsible for managing our stores at The Mall at Fairfield Commons and Kenwood Town Centre.  Bi-weekly one-day visits to these two malls in Dayton and Cincinnati is required
• Required to work 40 hours per week which typically includes 2 weekends a month and extended hours during November and December.
• Retail experience is required and a fashion merchandising degree or management experience is preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Merchandise store and maintain organization/cleanliness.
• Create visual displays for a wide variety of merchandise.
• Create weekly schedule for team members.
• Assist customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Implementation and enforcement of polices to hold team accountable.
• Hire and terminate employees.
• Maintain relationships with mall management.
• Make cash deposits at bank.
• Keep the stores clean and organized.
• Work closely on shop and company projects with company leadership.
