We offer FREE exchanges through mail. Please contact email@example.com Please be sure to include your name, order number, and the item(s) and size(s) you would like to exchange for. A pre-paid mailer will be sent with the exchanged items.
To exchange an item in-store, visit one of our locations.
- We honor full refunds up to 60 days after the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.
- Items ordered online may not be returned to store locations.
- Please note that any shipping fee from original order is not refundable.
To return a purchase made in-store: The items must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and cannot be returned via mail. To return an item purchased in store, please visit one of our locations.
To return an online purchase: print and fill out a return form, mail back your items and you’re done! Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction. This process will take 1-3 business days. Note: the cost of shipping product back will done at the customer’s expense.
