Thank you for shopping with Where I’m From! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is an issue with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem.
Exchanges:
We offer FREE exchanges through the mail. A pre-paid mailer will be sent with the exchanged items. Please contact info@whereimfrom.com and include the following:
- Name
- Order number (if purchased online)
- Name of the item(s) and size(s) you would like to exchange for.
Don’t want to exchange through the mail? Visit one of our locations to make an exchange. You do not need a receipt to exchange items.
Returns:
*Important: Items ordered online may not be returned to store locations, but may be exchanged for another item. Items purchased in store may not be returned through mail but can be exchanged for another item.

Return an in-store purchase: The items must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and cannot be returned via mail. To return an item purchased in store, please visit one of our locations.
Return an online purchase: print and fill out a return form, mail back your items and you’re done! Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction. This process will take 1-3 business days. Note: the cost of shipping product back will done at the customer’s expense. Please note that any shipping fee from original order is not refundable.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.
- We honor full refunds up to 60 days after the original purchase date.
